This way my body isn&#039;t shocked when I start working out after work. Kick starting your day with a 10 or 15 minute run or fast walk can greatly improve results as well. Also, Jog or Walk for 10 – 15 minutes BEFORE weights and your metabolism will kick start like never before. All that put together with a well balanced diet makes for some fast weight loss results.

Just some tips that worked for me. Might not be for you but who knows.
